Clarke Stroud

Clarke Stroud is the University Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students.

Clarke was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and came to OU in 1986. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and his Master of Education from the University of Oklahoma.

After graduation, Clarke joined University Housing and Food Services as a Center Coordinator and was promoted to become the Oklahoma Memorial Union Administrator where he directed the renovation and revitalization of the Union. He currently serves as University Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, where he works with students daily.He was named the 2008 recipient of the Otis Sullivant Award for perceptivity at OU.

Clarke is active in volunteerism in the Norman community and enjoys playing in an improvisational comedy troupe. He is married to Robin Stroud and has a daughter, McKenna, and a son, Callahan.
